Career

Robert Bachner is a partner in Schoenherr’s corporate / m&a practice. Robert specialises in m&a transactions and projects in Austria and CEE with a particular focus on finance-related projects (including project finance and PPP projects). After graduating from the University of Vienna (Dr. iur., 1998, Mag. iur., 1994), Robert also gained international experience through a post-graduate degree in corporate law at New York University (LL.M., 1999), his admission to the New York Bar, and his subsequent work as a regular associate at one of the leading New York based international law firms.
