Nick Dunne is a partner in the Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group at Walkers in the Cayman Islands.
Having come to the Cayman Islands from the English Bar, Nick's practice now focuses on major and complex international and cross-border commercial disputes and arbitrations, with a particular interest in fraud and asset recovery, and encompasses acting for individuals, investment funds, financial institutions and government entities. he frequently appears before the Grand Court and the Cayman Islands Court of Appeal, and has experience of appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. He has also provided expert evidence of Cayman Islands law for the purposes of overseas proceedings.
