Francesca Gesualdi’s practice focuses on domestic and international litigation and arbitration. She regularly represents domestic and foreign clients in a wide range of disputes, including class actions, involving corporate, commercial, banking and financial ma ters, as wel as bankruptcy and competition issues across numerous industries, including energy and media.
Francesca joined the firm in 2002. From 2002 to 2006 and from 2007 to 2012, she was resident in the Rome o fice. From 2006 to 2007 she was resident in the New York office.
Member of the Milan and New York Bars and of the Italian Supreme Courts; member of the Executive Committee (2023-2027), and responsible for continuing legal education, of the Commission for International Relations (CRINT) of the Milan Bar Council Member of the Committee for The Relations with BigLaw of the Milan Bar Council; member of the Italian Society of International Law Spoken.
